I have great respect for John Lear and his opinions, and I have just been watching him being interviewed on the programme You Tube, he mentions Howard Menger and says he has had E mail contact with him, and gives the impression that he finds Mengers moon visits wholly believable, and I agree with him.

I am putting together a rather lengthy piece on Howard Menger for UFO magazine. I knew Howard for many years and he spoke at several of our exposes and conferences in regard to his controversial claims. Would like to use the posted comments as well as comments from others who might be aware of episodes involving UFOs and space people on or near or tied in with Menger and his property. I spoke to several people who also exprienced events which were rather earth shaking to them; all be it many years ago now.

Chris- Your story parallels mine. I grew up on a farm about 1 mile from Menger’s in Tewksbury Twp.. I, too, was not convinced that Menger was for real but kinda wished that it was all true.
I became more of a believer when, in broad daylight, my brother and my two cousins saw a saucer shaped craft move from East to West in the Southern sky in the general vicinity of Menger’s farm.

In the 1950’s my parents were fascinated by Flying Saucers. They read the books by George Adamski and Howard Menger and met both of these men. I was about seven years old when we drove out to New Jersey to meet Mr. Menger. He was very friendly and showed my parents some pretty lame looking photos of what he said were space brothers. Even at seven I thought it was a lot of bunk. But I must admit something very strange happened after we left Menger’s home to drive back to Brooklyn. My father stopped in a gas station to fill up. It was dusk. I was in the back seat totally bored, looking out the rear wind-
shield at the gas station attendant as he pumped the gas into the car. Behind him was a wooded area. Suddenly I saw a very large ball of fire come streaking down from the sky. It wasn’t like a shooting star but a flaming ball with a wavering tail behind it. It was close, plunging into the woods right behind us. I expected a huge explosion from something as big as this but after going behind the trees there was nothing. I yelled out “Look at that!” My parents were in the front seat looking the other way and the guy pumping the gas missed it also, but I saw it. I must admit I think Menger and Adamski were charlatans but that fireball
that I saw sometimes makes me wonder.

I’m doing a research “mystery” paper for school on the Bermuda Triangle. I have to come up with my own theory on the disappearanes that have happened in that area. My theory is that the Bermuda Triangle is a wormhole connecting to the Devil’s Sea near China. I was hoping for some feedback or a better explanation on what a wormhole actually is and how things can “disappear” in time.

I’m not sure if they will work like a Ouiji board. I have seen them used, both mini box and Ouiji. I fully feel the Ouiji is way more dangerous then a mini box, but, i have been wrong before…
